Last month I made my first predications in Guild Wards Xunlai Tournament House. This is something I had been resisting (due to sheer laziness), since I first heard about it. Now, I regret I haven’t been doing it every month and stacking a horde of keys.
On the first week of June after the May 1V1 and GvG tournaments completed I made 80 rewards points for my predictions that I collected from Kun Shao, a Xunlai Tournament Agent in Kamadan, than I turned the points into Tolkano in my guild hall for Zaishen Keys. Some of you may or may not be aware, but Zaishen Keys are now worth about 4.8 to 6K, depending on when you sell them.
For the best price I have found to either wait for someone advertising that they are willing to pay the maximum gold in the trade search or I have noticed a pattern that the price of the keys increase during the first week of the month due to the release of the latest Everlasting Tonic (i.e., phantasmal, automatonic). When I was on the first weekend of June regular non-everlasting Automatonic was going for about 8K per bottle and the new Everlasting Tonics were worth 100K+60 and above which would approximate to 300K-600K with ecto estimating at 5k each. This is why everyone wants those keys not only do the rich gamers want the newest of the new, but it also gives them points towards the new Zaishen title for using the Zaishen chest inside the Isle of the Nameless training yard from the Temple of Balthazar.
All you have to do is go to the Guild Wars Xunlai Tournament House website, follow the simple registration directions, make your predictions (a list of competitor’s markers who are in the tournament will be there and you just pull the marker in to a corresponding numbered slot), and you may need to register a character with Tolkano in-game as well before clicking on the Agent who will give you the reward points you earned instantly. Last time I went to the Guild Wars ladder for 1V1 and GvG than listed the possible winners by who came up first on the ladder list.

*This is where you would enter to make your predictions. On the left of this page you will see a list of links along with the registration link and ladder links for you to use to make an educated guess on your predictions which you will make after registration by pressing the button to enter the House in the middle of the page.
What you may be missing out on, for example, Tolkano will take 5 rewards points per key if you get 80 rewards points that is 16 keys (16*5K = 80K). Those rewards points can also be traded in to Tolkano to unlock different armor and weapon skins for you pvp characters, so they look more like leet PvE players in PvP arenas. However, that means you are using those points up that could be used for getting keys. I suppose the dilemma is your own when deciding on what to use the points for.
To see how many reward points you have click on the H on your keyboard which is also the same as going to HERO on your MENU button to bring up your character’s interface tabs and go to the Accounts tab.

Tolkano and the Xunlai Tournament Agent can both be accessed from the Temple of Balthazar where PvP characters go after their creation (although you may end up in the attached Isle of the Nameless training yard and may have to go into the Temple gate to be in the town) and Tolkano is also available in your guild hall while the Agent seems to also be available in the capital towns of three campaigns.
